We cordially invite Home Owners to become a member of  C.P.P.O.A.

The excellent benefits of membership include:

• Proportional equity in the assets of the corporation, as outlined in Article 13 of the Association’s By-Laws.
• Access to our private beach. Lifeguards are on duty in season and only CPPOA members and their guests can utilize this valuable amenity.
• Private beach parking for CPPOA members and their guests via automobile window placards to ensure exclusive use by only authorized individuals and guests.
• Access to utilize our private tennis courts and bocce facility located on Squan Beach Drive.  A combination security locking system ensures exclusive use by only authorized individuals and guests.
• The Association maintains and improves the impressive entrance to Curtis Point located on Route 35 South, including landscaping and illumination.
• The cost to maintain the private beach, tennis courts, bocce facility and surrounding area, the Curtis Point entrance, and all other operating expenses are funded by the annual dues from the Association’s membership.

• Invitation to attend the CPPOA Annual Meeting held at the beginning of each summer season. At this meeting, members are provided with reports from the Association’s Trustees and various Committee Chairpersons.  Members are encouraged to interact with the Officers and Trustees on specific matters of concern.
• Invitation to the CPPOA Annual Party held during the summer season; the highlight event of the year.
• Participation at various social activities and events providing casual gatherings throughout the year, including Family Day at the Beach, Book Club, Cooking Club, Bocce Night, Happy Hour at the Beach, Card Parties, etc.
• Access to the new Curtis Point website and E-mail notifications of upcoming meetings and events.
• Membership support of The Save Barnegat Bay organizations to preserve and protect the area’s natural beauty, resources, and environment.
